Training program participants are expected to conduct themselves with integrity, courtesy and respect for others and maintain a prominent level of professionalism at all learning experiences, whether officially sponsored by Black and Brew Chicago, Inc. or not. All attendees, speakers, sponsors, vendors, volunteers, and staff at any All About Craft Beer Training Programs are required to observe the following Code of Conduct.
Black and Brew Chicago, Inc. provides a harassment-free training experience for everyone, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, or religion. We do not tolerate harassment of training attendees in any form. All communication should be appropriate for a professional audience including people of diverse backgrounds and cultures. Sexual language and imagery are not appropriate for the training program.
Be kind to others. Do not insult or defame participants. Harassment in any form, sexist, racist, or exclusionary jokes are not condoned.
Participants violating these rules may be asked to leave the training at the sole discretion of Black and Brew Chicago, Inc. Thanks for helping to make this a welcoming training program for all.
